Fitz: What can I say?  You and I shared 17 years together--A Seminole marries a Gator?--but, what fun we had especially on game day!  Bobby Bowden used our stories each year as he traveled around doing alumni dinners!  We were good for much laughter!  That is how I want to remember you!   Hanging all your FSU attire around the room--the fans you called them--making our son Jimmy wear a dirty FSU T-shirt (I made sure that it was in laundry hamper). He hated wearing dirty clothes--but, you made him wear it anyway! BTW FSU won--and I want to think the shirt contibuted to that win!

We bore a wonderful son--who will carry on your FSU passion.  He got your brain and my heart!  Not that you didn't have a wonderful heart--you would take the shirt off your back for anyone (LOL unless it was game day!)  Jimmy is now faced with the care of your beloved daugther Allie.  I have no doubt, he will do a great job.

I am so glad that you are at peace now!  It seemed you were chasing something your entire life--and now you know that it was God all along! I hope to see you again one day--YES, you will recognize me in my Gator T-shirt. We will be young--without sickness--and with our Savior for eternity!!!!

Love Forever,

Debbie Criswell Fitzgerald
