I'm so sorry to hear of Barbara's passing. I can honestly state how happy I was, however, to have met up with her and others on our 40th reunion. That opportunity was a blessing to re-connect with a special group of people.

Barbara and I shared so many terrific moments at the Quaker Steak get-togethers that I will forever be grateful to Sue King for setting up those events. Getting together to talk politics and generally have a good laugh were always in the works when we talked, and then suddenly she disappeared --- off the radar completely. I feel so devastated that I did nothing to check on her to see that she was OK...a real lesson learned. Never put off visiting a sick friend; one never knows what may happen. I am sorry to have missed our much discussed talk, Barb....maybe we will still have it one of these days. In the meantime, sweetie, get some much needed rest....I miss you....Susie Nousiainen Adams
